STRÖMMA SKÄRGÅRDSSTAD

Strömma Skärgårdsstad is a tenant owned association (”bostadsrättsförening”) under production with 15 different condos in sizes varying from 25 to 152 m². Located a stone throw away from the famous Strömma Canal, all buildings are built on site by us with special care for details, market leading quality and a presence of the Swedish nature and Stockholm´s amazing archipelago. Our architects have deliberately placed the houses among the nature instead of over it and thereby kept its elements all around even though the site is located merely 35 minutes by bus from Stockholm City.
